What Happens Next
Once we receive your request:
- We will verify your identity.
- Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 7 working days.
- You will receive confirmation once deletion has been completed.

- Certain booking or transaction records may be retained where required for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance.
- Deletion of your account is permanent and cannot be reversed.
- Active bookings must be completed or cancelled before deletion can be processed.
