GoPilot Terms & Conditions - Effective Date: 17.09.25

These GoPilot Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of GoPilot, the smart onboarding listing tool provided by GoGallivanting Ltd. By using GoPilot, you (the owner) agree to these Terms, which form part of the overall GoGallivanting Terms of Service.

1. What is GoPilot?

GoPilot is our smart onboarding listing content tool. It helps owners create draft listing content quickly by generating:

Unique, polished draft text that is receptive to search engines, voice search, and AI search.
A single placeholder “hero image” to help you (the owner) visualise your listing.
Fields to upload your vehicle proof of insurance and sync your availability calendar.
GoPilot speeds up the onboarding process, but you (the owner) remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of your final listing.
GoPilot helps you (the owner) create draft content quickly, but your listing will still go through the normal checks and must meet GoGallivanting requirements before it’s published and appears in search or promotional features.

2. Content Created by GoPilot

GoPilot may analyse publicly available information about your vehicle to create draft listing content. This may include manufacturer specifications, information on your own website, or details visible on third-party websites.
GoPilot does not copy or republish text from those sources. Instead, it generates new, original draft wording by combining key features and vehicle specifics.
GoPilot will only use information that is freely accessible to the public. It will not access password-protected pages, bypass technical restrictions, or use content that is behind paywalls or otherwise restricted.
Draft text created by GoPilot should be treated as a starting point only. You (the owner) must review, edit, and confirm that all details are factually accurate for your vehicle before publishing.
GoPilot is designed to be receptive to search engines, voice search, and AI search. Accuracy, completeness, and suitability of the content remain the responsibility of the vehicle owner.

3. Images and Intellectual Property

GoPilot provides only a single placeholder “hero image.”
You (the owner) are required to upload your own images of your vehicle(s).
You (the owner) confirm you hold all rights to any images uploaded, and that image content does not infringe third-party trademarks or privacy rights.

4. Insurance and Compliance Documents

You (the owner) may be asked to upload proof of comprehensive insurance for your vehicle listing.
It is the responsibility of thre vehicle owner to ensure documents are valid, accurate, and up to date.
GoGallivanting is not responsible for verifying the authenticity of uploaded documents.
You (the owner) agree that GoGallivanting may request additional documentation or verification, and may suspend your listing pending verification.

5. Calendar Integration

GoPilot allows you to sync an availability calendar (e.g. iCal).
You (the owner) are responsible for ensuring your vehicle listing calendar is accurate and kept updated.
GoGallivanting accepts no liability for double bookings or errors caused by inaccurate calendar data.
Calendar sync is intended to help avoid double bookings; GoGallivanting is not liable for technical failures or delays in sync services.

6. Ownership of Content

You (the owner) retain copyright and intellectual property rights in any text and images you upload to GoGallivanting.
By uploading text or images, you grant GoGallivanting a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, distribute, and promote your content for the purpose of operating the platform and marketing your listing.
This licence is necessary for GoGallivanting to showcase your listing across the website, apps, search engines, voice search, AI search, and marketing channels.
All draft text generated by GoPilot is proprietary to GoGallivanting. While you may edit and publish it in your listing, you may not reproduce or distribute GoPilot generated content outside the GoGallivanting platform without prior written permission.
You (the owner) agree not to permit, encourage, or enable third parties to copy, scrape, or reuse content (including text generated by GoPilot and images you upload) for use on competing rental platforms or services.
GoGallivanting reserves the right to take action against unauthorised scraping or reproduction of any platform content, including GoPilot outputs and owner uploads, to protect the integrity of the service.

7. Leaderboards and Marketing

GoPilot includes a stopwatch and leaderboard feature for onboarding times.
By agreeing, you (the owner) consent that your first name, vehicle type/model, and your ‘onboard time’ may be displayed at any time or where legally permitted on GoPilot leaderboards, shared screens, or used in GoGallivanting marketing materials.
If you (the owner) do not wish your details to appear in such materials, you may contact GoGallivanting before publishing your first listing.

8. Limitations of GoPilot

GoPilot is a smart onboarding tool, not a guarantee.
“List in ≤ 60 seconds” is a benchmark and part of the leaderboard feature. It does not guarantee listing approval, visibility, or search ranking.
GoPilot cannot guarantee bookings, income, or search engine results.
Search engines / AI / voice search optimisation depends on many external factors (such as competition, keywords, your own accuracy of inputs), which are outside the control of GoPilot or GoGallivanting.

9. Liability

GoGallivanting provides GoPilot “as is.”
We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of draft content.
You (the owner) are fully responsible for reviewing and editing your vehicle listing before publishing.
GoGallivanting accepts no liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of GoPilot content, to the fullest extent permitted by local law or consumer protection law.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By ticking the box or using GoPilot, you (the owner) agree to these Terms in addition to the main GoGallivanting Terms of Service.
