ABOUT THE CAMPERVAN About the area: Elijah is located in Bristol near the owner's carpentry workshop where all the Hand Carved Campers are built. The area is surrounded by excellent spots to explore including the Mendips, Wye Valley, Cotswolds, Exmoor and a short drive into Wales and the south coast. Description of Beds: Elijah has a full-size double bed perfect for 2 adults to stay in comfort. Description of Seating: Elijah has 2 belted seats in the front. In the living space, there are 2 sofas which could host 4-5 people for a meal. Description of Electrical Setup: At hand Carved Campers we design all our vehicles to be fully off grid. Elijah charges from the vehicle alternator when driving and from the massive 740w solar panel array on the roof ensuring you have plenty of power for your adventure. The rear solar panel also folds into a sofa on the roof to stop and appreciate a great sunset. Inside Elijah has a large 400ah and a massive 3000w inverter to power nearly any appliance you wish. There are lots of outlets for all your devices including 4 x 240V plugs, 8 USB slots & 2 USB C slots. I also have a Star-link receiver which I would be happy to install if you are going on a long adventure and need high-speed internet in remote areas. Parking: There is free parking on the surrounding streets which is outside of Bristol Clean Air Zone, where you can leave your car if you drive to collect Elijah. Kitchen Facilities: Elijah comes ready for adventure with a fully set up kitchen which includes everything from plates, bowls, pots, pans, utensils and cutlery. On the kitchen counter you'll find double gas hobs and below is a double oven with a grill capable of cooking a large meal. Next to this is a double composite Belfast sink to make washing up a dream. Below that is a 65L 12v compressor fridge with a small freezer compartment to help keep all your food fresh or frozen. There is lots of storage for your dried goods including a spice rack, pull-out larder and pantry area. Bathroom Facilities: Elijah is equipped with a full-size wet room bathroom to allow you to enjoy your adventure with all the luxuries you would have at home. A large underslung propane tank and massive 200L water tank feed Elijah's instant water heater which in turn provides hot water to the large rainfall shower head or handheld shower head if you choose. There is a full-size composting toilet which separates liquids & solids to prevent any smells to ensure you have a pleasant trip. Only the highest quality materials were used during the conversion, the floor and window surrounds are real slate and the walls are tiled with original subway tiles to help you feel at home. Audio Equipment: Elijah comes with a beautiful active Yamaha HS7 studio monitor. The Fosi pre-amp gives a warm and rich sound and the Bluetooth function allows easy connectivity. The highest audio quality is very important to the owner. Also available as an additional extra is a turntable and record collection of some of the owner's favourite music from around the world. This can be customised to the hirer's favourite genres upon request. Type of Heating: Elijah has 2 forms of heating available. As standard a diesel heater is built into the vehicle which can be set to a temperature and maintained. Elijah also has a built-in log burner and if requested for a small additional fee the owner will provide dried and chopped timber which allows for a beautiful experience. Pet Information: Elijah is pet-friendly and would love to meet your companions. There is a huge boot space which could accommodate any cages if required.
